Are your oils safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our pure oils are non-comedogenic and free from common irritants. However, everyone’s skin is unique—patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before full use.

How long will my order take to arrive?
5–14 business days from EU warehouses to UK/EU addresses. Many arrive faster (3–7 days), but delivery varies by carrier and location. You’ll get tracking once shipped.

What’s your return policy?
Unopened products: You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Opened oils: Exchanges only (for defective products). Contact us within 14 days.
Note: Natural oils can’t be resold if opened due to hygiene.

Can I use discount codes?
